Terms for using Doogree Remote Control.
01Acceptance
By downloading or using Doogree Remote Control ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
02Use of the Service
The Service is provided for legitimate remote support purposes — helping people you know fix their computers, or letting trusted technicians help you. You must:
- Only initiate a session with the consent of the person on the other end.
- Not use the Service for unauthorized access, surveillance, fraud, or any illegal activity.
- Take reasonable steps to keep your device number and passwords confidential.
03The Service is provided "as is"
During this early preview the Service has no SLA, no warranty, and no commitment to uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
04Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of its use.
05Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
06Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll bump the revision above and post the new version on this page.
