Privacy Policy
What information we collect, how we protect it, what your rights are.
01What we collect
Doogree is designed to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Session IDs and one-time passwords are generated by our signaling server. They expire automatically and are never tied to any personal information.
- IP addresses are visible to our signaling server during the few seconds it takes to negotiate a peer-to-peer connection. They are not stored.
- The content of your remote sessions — screen frames, mouse, keyboard, files — never reaches our servers. It flows directly between your computer and the other computer.
02What we don't collect
- No accounts, no email addresses, no phone numbers.
- No screen recordings.
- No keystrokes.
- No usage analytics that identify you.
03How we protect data
The peer-to-peer connection is encrypted end-to-end with DTLS-SRTP, the same standard used by major video-conferencing services. Even if someone intercepted the network traffic, they couldn't decrypt it.
04Third parties
We rely on Cloudflare for hosting the signaling server and the website. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to their handling of data.
05Your rights
Since we don't store personal data, there's typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any data about you, contact us at privacy@doogree.com.
06Changes
We may update this policy. When we do we'll bump the revision above and post the new version on this page.
