Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making Doogree accessible to everyone.
01Commitment
Doogree is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to comply with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (which aligns with WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and to keep improving over time.
02What we've done so far
- Semantic HTML throughout the website.
- Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- All interactive controls are keyboard-reachable.
- Form fields have associated labels.
- Language and reading direction switch automatically when you change the UI language (Hebrew and Arabic render right-to-left).
- The desktop application's UI follows the same accessibility principles.
03Known limitations
This is an early preview. Areas we are actively working on:
- Screen-reader announcements for live status changes during a remote session.
- High-contrast theme.
- Keyboard shortcuts inside the desktop application.
04Reporting issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us. Email accessibility@doogree.com and describe the issue, the page or screen, your device, and any assistive technology you use. We'll do our best to respond within five business days.
